A ferry crossing changes the mood. There is something about leaving the mainland that helps a group switch off from the day to day and think more clearly. Once you are here, there is no commuting in and out, and the clifftop walks are on the doorstep for thinking and talking between sessions.

The whole hotel, closed to the public

With exclusive hire, the hotel is closed to the public for your stay and the team is there just for your group. You have sole use of all rooms, the bar, the restaurant space and the facilities. Prices start from £3,995 per night in low season, with all rooms booked and breakfast included.

Spaces for sessions and seminars

The lounge bar opens onto the terrace through bifold doors, so your group can move between a session inside and a break outside. The restaurant space works for group meals and relaxed working. High-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout the hotel.

Catering, from buffets to sit-down meals

Group catering is arranged by arrangement. We can offer a cold or hot buffet, afternoon tea, charcuterie and cheese boards, or a sit-down meal. Breakfast is included for everyone, served from 8am to 10am.

Getting a group here

Ferries run from Southampton, Portsmouth and Lymington. Foot passengers can cross from Portsmouth or Southsea to Ryde, then take the Island Line train to Shanklin, about 30 minutes. Parking is free at the hotel, first come first served, with about 12 to 13 spaces at the rear and 3 at the front. Our team can arrange discounted ferry crossings for guests who book direct.
