Getting ready together
Our Bridal / Honeymoon Suite is made for getting ready together before the day. It has a built-in dressing area with full-length mirrors, soft lighting and stools, plus a balcony. See it on our Bridal / Honeymoon Suite page.
The reception
Your reception flows between the lounge bar, with its bifold doors onto the terrace, and the restaurant space for your meal. Catering is by arrangement: a cold or hot buffet, afternoon tea, charcuterie and cheese boards, or a sit-down meal.
Your guests stay with you
Five room types, from a snug double to sea-facing suites, all on our rooms page. Breakfast is included the morning after, there is free parking, a lift to every floor for older relatives, and selected dog-friendly rooms for small, well-behaved dogs.

The beach is about a ten-minute walk, the suites have balconies, and our terrace sits beside the spire of the church next door.
Getting everyone to the island
Four ferry routes serve the Island, and our team can arrange discounted crossings for guests who book direct. Tell us your ferry times and we can plan a late arrival around them. The full details are on our getting here page.

Can we hire the whole hotel?
Yes. On exclusive hire you have sole use of all rooms, the bar, the restaurant space and the facilities. The hotel is closed to the public for your stay, and the team is there just for your group. Prices start from £3,995 per night in low season, with all rooms booked and breakfast included. The price depends on the time of year.
Where will our guests stay?

What food can you provide?
Catering is by arrangement. We can offer a cold or hot buffet, afternoon tea, charcuterie and cheese boards, or a sit-down meal. We will plan it with you.
Is there parking?
Yes, free on-site parking at the rear, first come first served, plus free on-street parking nearby.
Is the hotel easy for older or less mobile guests?
Yes. There is step-free access, a lift to every floor, wide doors and dedicated accessible rooms with en-suite wet rooms. Shanklin itself is a hilly town, so call us and we will describe the easiest routes.
How do guests get to the Isle of Wight?
Ferries run from Southampton, Portsmouth and Lymington, then it is a short drive to Shanklin. Foot passengers can cross to Ryde and take the train. Our team can arrange discounted ferry crossings for guests who book direct. See our getting here page for the routes.
